"Being an architect is about experimentation and a constant exploration, challenging and refining concepts in a dynamic and collaborative process."
Athens is my home; a vibrant city of contradictions, that hides endless obscure charms, and where the rhythms of modern life weave into an urban fabric so indicative of its past. It is this wavering balance that draws me to cities and traveling with basketball and volleyball teams in school had the chance to explore the cultures of cities across Europe. My adventures were always on foot, roaming and wandering cities, camera in hand (getting lost, more often than not), choosing to experience the art, music, food and the everyday. / Architecture began as the meeting point of creative and scientific subjects in school, where I took art and design alongside math, physics and economics, finding relevance in all.
It was during my studies at Oxford Brookes though that architecture became the experimentation and development of a variety of design processes, and a constant exploration, challenging and refining concepts in a dynamic and collaborative process. Choosing a unit that investigated the exotic and consuming culture, Cappadocia became the most recent travel destination, with an astonishing landscape seen from a hot air balloon. / Aspiring to work in a highly collaborative environment, on diverse projects brought together by artistic thinking and an explorative spirit, joining RPP has made me excited to work, where the interaction of clients, consultants, artists, and specialists, takes over the studio and encourages proposals that are engaging to experience.
