The order of the elevations is informed by the configuration of spaces with high quality materials and attention to detail. Subtle modulation and rich layering of the terracotta façade provides visual interest and a human scale.
Stepped planes help to address privacy issues between the residential accommodation and the adjacent office building. The sweeping eastern elevation creates a confident edge to the garden square and a balanced setting for the tower to the North.
