"The opportunity of sharing knowledge and ideas within the practice makes the architectural process a sensational and fun experience."
Well, it doesn’t work just for architecture, does it? Life itself is about enjoying the journey, pulling the right strings at the right moment… Sounds a lot easier than it is!
I was born in Avesa, a tiny green island by Verona hillside… everybody loves his nest, and so do I! Studying Architectural Engineering at the University of Trento for 5 years was a great experience, especially the lovely people I had the pleasure of meeting.
At the beginning of 2010 I joined BFLS for a 3 months internship. I worked on a competition for the Hungarian National Museum, and other feasibility studies, improving my model making and visualisation skills.
Having the opportunity to join RPA has been sensational for the input I can give and receive within this warm working environment… definitely something that makes the difference!
I first worked on 2 Merchant Square, towards planning application, and then on other projects such as the Chelsea Harbour Yard, New Street Square and Shepherd’s Bush Market. I now work on 3 Merchant Square… a building on site! Means a lot to me experiencing how ideas, details and drawings become together a building…it’s fascinating as well as a challenge…
I therefore feel very lucky … London as a modern developing city, together with the new technologies and progress, give us a unique chance to give our contribution to the design of the 21st century in many ways… it grows so fast and so quickly that I can’t wait to see how it goes! Rock on!!!
