Today we raise a glass and bid the fondest of farewells to our sparkling HR Partner Charlotte, after seven mighty years at RPP.
Charlotte has been instrumental in establishing the building blocks from which our company grew and championing our core values from their infancy. She is celebrated within the company for her passion and enthusiasm for great business and her clear ‘added value’ approach. Charlotte’s work to deliver pro-active practice systems and processes has meant that our architects can focus on great design, and everyone is much happier for it. So happy in fact that all of this work significantly contributed to RPP receiving the AJ100 Awards Best Place To Work two years in a row and The Sunday Times award for one of the Best Small Companies To Work.
Aside from all the awards, Charlotte has been a true ambassador for the practice, representing RPP as an RIBA Future Leader, is a key player in our Women in Architecture commitment with the AJ and is a regular panellist on various industry communication, innovation and strategy platforms. Closer to home Charlotte, as chief squirrel, has helped organise some of the best parties the studio has ever seen. She is an inspirational business woman and mentor and we will miss her dearly.
The whole studio wish her all the very best for her future adventures and one thing we can be certain of is that wherever she heads next she’ll do it with an abundance of energy and aspiration, the biggest of smiles and a sensational pair of heels.
