3 Merchant Square, RPP's residential project in Paddington Basin has won the Architecture Multiple Residence award for London.
The level of award (either highly commended or 5-star) will be revealed when the official announcements are made at a gala presentation dinner at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square in Mayfair on the evening of Friday, October 9th 2015.
RPP may even go on to represent the United Kingdom in the final stage of the International Property Awards later this year. If 3MS has attained the highest score in the architecture category, RPP will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Canada, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Arabia and Europe for the coveted crown of World’s Best Architect.
Judging was undertaken by a panel of over 70 experts from all over the world and chaired by two active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness and Lord Best.
Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, commented, “The UK’s architects have excelled by entering a select number of exemplary architectural designs. These projects have been meticulously planned, not only to prove functional, but also to be aesthetically pleasing and highly sustainable, creating the perfect environments in which to live, work or play.”
